How will my order be delivered?

UK Mainland Delivery - We use Royal Mail or DPD (for larger items) to deliver your order. We aim to use a prompt delivery service on all of our items.


What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

We take any issues or problems with your orders seriously and will do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible. If you have an issue with your order do not hesitate to contact us using our contact form or via email and we will respond to your query promptly. 

We are a small, two person team but will aim to reply to you as soon as possible.


Can I return an order?

We understand that not every order is perfect.

Perishable goods such as treats or chews cannot be returned to us. Non-perishable goods such as blankets, snuffle balls, treat bags, snoods or bandanas must be unworn, unwashed and unused to be eligible for return. A return request must be raised within 12 days of receiving the item, if faulty, the fault must be documented and evidence provided at the time of receiving that item.
